To make this site work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. Most big websites do this too.

What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves onyour computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, viewed products, etc) over a period of time, so you don't have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

Essential Cookies: Our ecommerce platform including the login and user tracking system, might in certain circumstances store a cookie to help us identify that you have logged in, this is a necessary security need and opting out of cookies may prevent you from logging into our web shop.  We also may use cookies during your shopping to store details regarding items in your basket.

Our main cookie is called "speedydeck_session" and is used to associate you with your pathway through the site and with your login (if you have logged in).  If you choose to remain logged in by ticking the "remember me" option at login; then you will receive a second cookie whose name begins with "remember_".

For payment processing we use Paypal.  During the checkout process Paypal may choose to create any number of cookies and we have no control over this.  You should checkout Paypals cookie policy for an explanation of their purpose.  However, online checkout via a payment processor like Paypal requires a lot of security checks and cookies form an essential part if this system.

Analytics Cookies:  We use google analytics to monitor our website and see what pages users visit etc.  Google analytics stores a number of cookies, they all start with "__utm".

We do not and will not use any cookies for marketing purposes other than the optimisation of our site, we will not share any personal information with any organisation (other than when required to by law).
